Welcome to HiveVPN. Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using our mobile app, website, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Acceptable Use

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

You agree not to use the Service for illegal or prohibited purposes, including:

• Harassment, abuse, or impersonation of others
• Uploading offensive, obscene, or infringing content
• Attempting unauthorized access or interfering with the Service

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity on the Service via your device.

• Keep your credentials and any sensitive data secure
• Do not share, sell, or transfer your account access
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Service

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features of HiveVPN are available via paid subscriptions, billed via your App Store account.

• Subscriptions renew automatically, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle
• Renewals and payments are processed through your iTunes/App Store account
• You may manage or cancel your subscription in App Store Account Settings
• Free trials, if offered, will convert into paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial period ends
• HiveVPN may change subscription fees with prior notice. Continued use confirms your agreement to such changes

4. License & Ownership

All content, features, and functionality in HiveVPN are owned by HiveVPN or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as permitted by these Terms.

HiveVPN does not claim ownership of any content you submit, but by using the Service, you grant us the rights to use it in connection with Service delivery (see Privacy Policy).

5. Service Modifications & Termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts or all of the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

6. Third-Party Links & Integrations

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or tools. HiveVPN is not responsible for the content, services, or privacy practices of third-party platforms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. HiveVPN disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, HiveVPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HiveVPN and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Arbitration & Governing Law

Any dispute shall be resolved by individual binding arbitration under applicable U.S. laws, unless you opt out in writing within 30 days of first use.

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Venue for disputes shall be in Santa Clara County, California.

11. Export Control

You agree not to export or use the Service in violation of U.S. export laws or sanctions.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms. The latest version will always be available at https://hivevpn.xyz/termsofuse.html.
